Role
- Provide oversight, project, and technical guidance of mechanical engineering staff
- Be a strong technical resource for engineers, company, and customers
- Lead design reviews
- Oversight of key projects
- Design automated machinery and robot cells with Solidworks
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Problem solving
Requirements
- 5+ Years of mechanical engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to continuously learn
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
